 Players are expected to follow Niagara College Justice & Fitness Training Center protocol posted outside Gym C. Players are required to wear their Jr Knights off-ice gear and proper running shoes. They will remain within the Justice and Fitness Training Center (Gym C) for the time.

There are a few ways to submit the downloaded forms.  You can print them, fill them out, scan or take a picture and email them to fjtesting@niagaracollege.ca .  You can also use Adobe to fill and sign the form, save it, then email a copy to fjtesting@niagaracollege.ca


Please bring a water bottle with their name clearly marked on it, and any other supplies they may require. Water bottles are not sold on campus. 


There is short term paid parking in Lot A through the Honk App at the front entrance to Niagara College (Niagara College Blvd, and First Ave). Parents can park and walk with their players towards the main doors for the Athletic & Student Center. 


**Please note: On Monday August 25th, please drop your athlete off 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time. For example: if their session is 10:00am, have the athlete arrive at 9:30am. This gives us time to complete any outstanding paperwork and discuss any concerns (injuries) the athlete may have. 


All other days we ask that players are dropped off 15 minutes prior to the session commencing. 


Staff will be outside the Athletic Center to greet the players and parents, then leading the players to the Justice and Fitness Training Center (Gym C). Due to logistics, there is no space available for parents to observe the fitness sessions. We kindly ask parents leave their players with us and pick them up an hour later at the same location as drop off.  We ask that players are dropped off 15-30 minutes prior to the session commencing. 


Fall 2025 Fitness Sessions

Monday September 8, 2025 – Wednesday December 10, 2025

Pre Novice (Age 5-6)

Tuesdays - 5:30 to 6:30pm

Novice (Age 7-8)

Tuesdays - 6:45 to 7:45pm

Wednesdays - 5:30 to 6:30pm

PeeWee (Age 11-12)

Mondays - 7:30 to 8:30pm  

Please Note: There will not be a session on Thankgiving (October 13, 2025)

Wednesdays - 6:45 to 7:45pm

Bantam (Age 13-14)

Tuesdays - 8:00 to 9:00pm

Wednesdays - 8:00 to 9:00pm

Fall Fitness Session Registration – Now Available on JaneApp

We will be utilizing the JaneApp booking system for our upcoming Fall Fitness Sessions. This platform offers a flexible and convenient way for you to register your athlete only for the specific dates they are available to attend. Should your plans change, individual sessions can also be easily canceled through the system.


Once registered, any completed forms from the August Training Camp can be uploaded directly to your athlete’s profile. New forms will only be required if there have been any changes to their health status or if an injury has occurred.

How to Sign Your Child Up for Fitness Sessions on JaneApp

Signing your child up for our fitness sessions is quick and easy through JaneApp! 

Just follow these steps:


  1. Log In or Create an Account: Visit https://fjtestingniagaracollege.janeapp.com/#/list and log into your existing account, or create a new one using your email address.
     
  2. Add Your Athlete as a Family Member: In your account, go to “My Profile” and select “Add Family Member.” Enter your athlete’s details so you can book sessions on their behalf.
     
  3. Book a Session: Go to the booking page, choose the fitness session you’d like, and select your athlete’s name as the client.
     
  4. Book Multiple Sessions: After booking one session, simply repeat the booking process for each additional date you'd like. JaneApp allows you to book multiple appointments in advance so your athlete never misses a session!
     
  5. Confirm & Attend: Once you're done booking, you'll receive confirmation emails and/or texts for each session. Just bring your athlete on the scheduled days, and we’ll take care of the rest!
