Time: 5:45pm – 7:45pm
The Justice and Fitness Training Center - Gym C will be available for your team to use during the above date(s) and time. Players will be expected to follow the protocols posted outside Gym C and remain within Gym C for the entire time.
Fountain water is available outside the Gym C, if you want to fill up a container or players can bring their own reusable water bottle with their name clearly marked on it, whatever works best for you. Water bottles are not sold on campus.
Players should wear appropriate clothing and proper running shoes.
As all players are under 18 years of age, there are mandatory forms that must be completed prior to the start of practice. The fillable and printable forms do need to be emailed.
Upon completion parents can email the forms to: fjTesting@niagaracollege.ca
Please ensure all 5 forms are filled out and submitted:

2. Medical History Questionnaire (Online)
3. PAR-Q Plus (Fillable or print & email)
4. Waiver Form (Online, fillable or print & email)
5. Consent Form (Online, fillable or print & email)
There is parking in Lot A which is located at the front entrance to Niagara College (Niagara College Blvd, and First Ave). Parents can park and walk with their players towards the main doors for the Athletic Center. As you will be arriving after scheduled hours, there will be no cost for parking. Niagara College Security has been advised of the practices and aware your team will be on campus.
Staff will be outside the Athletic Center to greet the players and parents, then leading the players to the Justice and Fitness Training Center (Gym C).
Due to logistics, there is no space available for parents to observe practice. We kindly ask parents to leave their player(s) with us and their coaching staff and pick them up after practice at the same location as drop off.
